Taipan Wall Star Trails

Grampians, Victoria, Australia

A night in the Grampians at one of my favourite sunset destinations – The Taipan Wall.

The Taipan Wall is a popular rock climbing destination with world-class climbing. It is located in the Northern Grampians and the best way to access it is via the Mt Stapylton Loop walking trail.

This landscape was captured during a 2 hour period – just after the sun had dipped beyond the horizon. The result is the combination of 220 photographs tracking the movement of the stars across the sky.
